Personal Bliss

How far would you go to be TRULY HAPPY? What does that mean for you? we do so much in a day for those around us, without a second thought to ourselves; Why? Just imagine what life would be like if our own personal bliss and the daily pursuit thereof became second nature...
Don't mistake what I am saying here; there is REAL soul gratification in the service of others, and simply putting a smile on someone's face. what I am specifically talking about is WHAT it is you are DOING for someone else, and its cash value as a spiritual deposit. There is NO benefit for you or your personal bliss account if its done in duress, or not completed willingly. Point being, if you don't do it with the right heart and frame of mind, it's a waste of time.
Our time is our most valuable asset. That being said, oftentimes in life, we must multi-task in order to get things done. As we prioritize our actions, we MUST not sacrifice the things we need as an individual from one day to the next. Therefore, most, if not all tasks performed have to fill THAT requirement in serving a dual purpose; with you as one of the primary beneficiaries. If you can find absolutely no reason why what you are doing is enriching your life, my suggestion would be to immediately cease and desist. Redirect that energy into tasks and/or individuals worthy of your precious attention. Use your personal bliss balance to determine the benefit; if its an expense that yields NO return, LET IT GO.
We have got to be willing to treat our own piece of mind as an invaluable commodity. It MUST be prioritized above anything else. Without it, we are animalistic, all but primitive, and of use to NO ONE. Stop waiting for the circumstances and people in our lives to change and put you first. You will be waiting till your last breath. An account can only be overdrawn but so long before its forcibly closed...~The Queen

Perfecting the Art of Peace

It's official...I'm in my Soft Era...and not for any of these silly reasons you see flooding the internet right now...outside of the keeping to yourself and minding your business; not becoming emotionally invested in the things that are happening outside of you.  Now that's a sentiment I can get behind in Any era!  I just came to the realization that there are no hard edges in Peace.  It's calm, tranquil, and smooth; silky to the touch...That's exactly  the feeling I'm going for... I have moments of pure bliss throughout the day, so I began to observe these moments to myself, "How can I make this feeling last?  How do I make this my preferred state of being?"  As opposed to allowing anxiety to kick in, sending my over analytical mind into overdrive, I instead looked to my inner child.  At what points throughout the day was she most stimulated and engaged?  Now that answer was very simple:  "When I am learning and creating."  Yes!...

The Tea: Days of the Week Energy Correspondence

Sooo, the hot topic of conversation between myself and my closest friends has been how out of wack we feel, and just out of sync we seem to feel with our current realities.  It sparked a renewed interest in an article I came across about 7 years ago that talked about how we were doing things all wrong on a daily basis... From the day we are born, we have a schedule, of sorts that is imprinted on us.  As opposed to learning through our own intuition when to act, and how to maneuver certain energy, we are forced into what is pre-existing; what is most conducive to the environment in which we are now being integrated...and this becomes life.  Never giving a second thought to the fact that perhaps you should be moving entirely differently.  According to foreverconscious.com  , the specific vibrational signature for each day of the week is influenced by the planet for which it's name originates.  Each day was named after the planet with the corresponding ...

The Virtuous Woman

I remember growing up in church and hearing this term mentioned several times in reference to a particular bible verse.  It was always used in conjunction with a lesson concerning the ways in which a woman should conduct herself; specifically, what characteristics a woman should possess in order to be the ideal partner.  As a child, this was one of the lessons I took with a grain of salt because I was too young to fully appreciate all of its implications.  As I grew older, the concept continued to escape me; as outside influences became more prevalent, and began to shape my perspective.  It wasn't until recently, while reading that the idea returned to me, that I started to reflect on what this actually meant to me; I chose to define it on my OWN terms... Virtue, by definition, according to the New Oxford American Dictionary, means, "behavior showing high moral standards; a quality considered morally good or desirable in a person; a good or useful quality of a...
